As much as we'd like to provide you with uninterrupted service, we need to take a little break over this Holiday period. We thought we'd let you know what's going to happen with your orders.
If you place your order up until the 22nd December, by 2PM GMT, they will be dispatched as per usual. There's absolutely no changes to those.
If you plan on ordering new hair between 22nd December (after 2PM GMT) and 31st January, all of these orders will be dispatched either on the 31st December or 2nd of January - we will dispatch in order of placement and try to do as many as we can, as soon as possible. But do bear with us - we apologize for any delays that might occur around that time.
Also, please note that all shipping companies will be expecting heavy traffic around the festive period, which may affect delivery times.
If you're looking to receive your new wig before/on 24th December, there are deadlines you need to keep in mind.
For domestic Royal Mail, First Class shipping orders, they need to be placed before Thursday, 19th December by 2PM GMT. For Special Delivery Next Day by 1PM, your order will need to be placed by 22nd December, 2PM.
For international orders, this varies by location. Please refer to the table below for your ordering guidelines:

Please note, that on each of those days, the orders need to be placed by 2PM GMT. International dates are not guaranteed for delivery before 24th, as during this period shipment times can vary greatly, but adhering to these dates will increase the likelihood of getting your wig when you want it. Please also keep in mind that any charges/customs that need to be paid might also delay delivery.
