    We ship to all destinations.

  • Shipping methods
    We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries. International orders of 5 or more items can only be posted using Parcelforce due to restrictions on weight with Royal Mail. All our deliveries will be shipped using tracked postage methods so you can check the progress of your delivery at any point.
    As some countries do not offer both Tracked and Signed deliveries, we will always attempt to post the parcel via a tracked method.
    Please make sure that the delivery address can accept packages that require signatures. Certain businesses, PO boxes or virtual address providers will not sign for incoming packages.

    Oceania - Tracked and/or Signed 5-12 working days
    International - Tracked and/or Signed 3-12 working days
    International - Parcelforce (globalpriority) 5+ working days

     
  • Processing time
    We aim to dispatch your order same day. Orders placed after 2PM (GMT) will might be dispatched the following working day. If you chose the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day 1PM and your order is placed before 2PM GMT, your order will be dispatched same day.

  • Customs, import fees, etc.
    You are solely responsible for paying all charges placed upon the item by your local authority, which includes customs charges, processing fees, sales taxes, import fees, etc.
