About our products

  • Are your wigs made out of human hair?
    Our hair is made out of high quality, heat-resistant synthetic fiber.
  • What size heads do your wigs fit?
    The elasticated base that all our wigs are made on, fits plenty various sizes from smaller heads, to larger men's heads.
  • How can I care for my new wig?
    • Always brush it from the bottom
    • Clean the lace after each wear using cleaning alcohol or spirit gum remover (recommended brand Kryolan Spirit Gum Remover)
    • No need to wash after every use
    • If it needs to be washed: you can use most regular shampoos and conditioners
    • Store on a wig head covered with hair net
  • Can they be dyed?
    They can be dyed, but it's a complicated, technical process, which requires special supplies. If you're looking for a colour that we don't stock, please check out our Custom Styling section - we can potentially make this for you.
  • Are the photos on your website accurate?
    Yes! Our wigs are photographed just lightly brushed. We strive to show you the most accurate colour, but please do remember that different devices (such as phones, tablets, PCs, etc.) will render colours differently. The hair colour will also vary slightly due to various lighting conditions (the light's colour temperature). Because of this, please allow for slight apparent variations.
  • How do I wear the wig? Does it need to be glued down?
    It's best to glue the lace just below the temple and in front of the ear using spirit gum.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Can I cancel an order?
    If the order hasn't been dispatched yet (which usually happens between a few hours, to 24h maximum) we'd be happy to cancel or amend your order.

  • I have changed my mind - can I return the wig?
    Unfortunately, due to the wigs being a very personal item, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for these reasons, after the item has been dispatched. Please find more information about this topic on our Returns Policy page at checkout or you can give us a shout through our Contact page.
  • The hair's damaged, how can I get a refund? 
    First of all - we're really sorry! This never happens! 🙊 Do get in touch with us and we will sort everything out for you, no worries!


  • Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
    As above, if the order has't been dispatched (which usually takes up to 24h), you can! Just drop us an email. See our Contact page for details.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    Our domestic delivery (within all of the UK) starts at £6.85 and the international delivery (rest of the world) is £14.50. Easy!
  • How long does it take for my beautiful new hair to arrive?
    Delivery times vary by location. Within the UK, most of our deliveries take 1 working day, going up to 3 working days for some more distant areas. As for the rest of the world:
    • EU: 3 to 5 working days
    • USA: 5 to 7 working days
    • Australia: 7 to 12 working days
    • Africa: 7 to 12 working days
    • Asia: 7 to 10 working days
